Matthew Donatelle
Matthew Donatelle is the principal of The Real Estate Analyst. Mr. Donatelle is a certified residential appraiser, licensed real estate broker, general contractor, and FEMA Disaster Housing Inspector. He resides south of Boston and is an avid tennis player, kite boarder, skier, runner, and golfer. He holds a bachelor's degree from Bentley College and has taken graduate courses at Northeastern and Harvard University. He's active with "Boston Cares"- a grassroot volunteer organization.
