Mr. Amir consults with The Real Estate Analyst in areas of finance and tax. Mr. Amir's extensive experience includes industries such as real estate, eCommerce, software, retail and non-profit organizations. His areas of expertise include business and individual tax planning, audit, employee benefit plans, and small business advisory engagements focused on enhancing client profitability and state compliance. Well-versed in current tax laws and legislation, Mr. Amir participates in numerous industry associations. A Certified Public Accountant in Massachusetts and the State of Illinois, he received an undergraduate degree in Finance and Accounting from WA State University. He has taken graduate coursework in the areas of Forensic Accounting and MBA studies at the University of Massachusetts and Northeastern University.
